The Brief
Dr. KellyAnn needed to reach more people with their Bone Broth Powder through a social ad campaign. The goal was to make bone broth feel approachable and worth trying.
The challenge? They needed 30+ videos for paid social ads across different platforms, and the timeline was tight. Each video had to feel authentic and relatable to drive real conversions.
Our Approach
We knew 30+ videos in one day would require serious coordination. So we got organized.
We kept our crew flexible and hit the streets for real reactions. Got authentic testimonials from actual customers. Shot recipe videos to show how easily bone broth powder fits into daily life.
The key was preparation and moving fast without cutting corners. That's how we pulled off what most would consider a pretty intense production day.

OUR PROCESS…
FROM IDEATION,
We researched what performs in the health and wellness space for social ads. We analyzed successful campaigns, studied Dr. KellyAnn's demographic, and identified the content formats that convert with their audience.
The three concepts we landed on—street interviews, UGC testimonials, and recipe videos—build trust through authenticity rather than polish. Each format was chosen because it works in this market.
TO PLANNING,
30+ videos in one day isn't something we could just wing. We knew this was a massive undertaking that required every minute to be accounted for.
So we created a strict schedule planned down to the minute—crew assignments, location timing, equipment needs, and backup plans. There was no room for improvisation when the deliverable count was this high.
THEN SHOOTING,
We kept the crew small, nimble and flexible, shot everything on an iPhone, and moved between three different sets. When you can have everything prepped and locked down, nothing could have slowed us down
AND ALL THE WAY THROUGH THE EDIT.
We had a fast turnaround getting the first edits to the client, then moved into weekly edit cycles. Multiple rounds of revisions on each video to dial in the messaging and pacing. This is where everything came together.
UGC TESTIMONIALS
We mailed product samples to real customers and invited them to share their thoughts. The result: a series of relatable, at-home videos that felt like trusted recs from a friend, not an ad.
We shot simple, recreatable recipes using the bone broth powder, showing how easy and tasty it is to use in everyday meals and daily life. Each video highlighted a different use case, from savory dishes to creative add-ins.
